This 24 In. horizontal double drum sander is designed for fine finish sanding for wide boards and glue-ups after planing for small to medium sized shops and saves time and sanding steps by allowing you to sand two successive grits in one pass. The 15-250 M1 features a sturdy steel frame, heavy duty flared steel base and a precision machined sanding 5 In. drums for smooth, stable, vibration-free performance. The sanding drums are equipped with quick-change spring clips to secure the paper tightly, and the drum is driven with dual v-belts by a 3 HP 220 Volt motor equipped with a magnetic safety switch. The high-quality industrial rubber feed conveyor is driven by a separate 1/6 HP motor with variable feed speed control from 3 to 20 Ft. per minute.
